OUR GROUP CLASSES EXPLAINED

Most classes are beginner friendly with two of our classes being more suited for intermediate levels and above.

Fitness

Burn calories, improve body composition, fitness and conditioning with circuit training style workouts utilising basic calisthenics and various weight exercises. Beginner Friendly

Mobility Prep

A 30 minute preparation class before the fundamental classes. Various upper/lower body mobility drills to help prepare the joints as well as improve range of motion. Incorporating mobility drills using various tools including Indian clubs, resistance bands, sticks, massage balls, kettle-bells & acupressure.  Beginner Friendly 

Calisthenics Fundamentals (Upper Body)

This class is designed to improve and build up the correct strength levels to achieve the various upper body fundamentals of calisthenics. This includes pull-ups, press-ups, dips, core strength and more.  Beginner Friendly 

Floor Strength

Incorporating various floor movements within calisthenics. Including movements like handstands, planche, floor levers and more. Intermediate Level

Hatha Yoga

Hatha is a general category that includes most yoga styles. It is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.  Beginner Friendly 

Calisthenics Fundamentals (Lower Body)

This class is designed to improve and build up the correct strength levels to achieve the various lower body fundamentals of calisthenics. This includes squats, lunges, step ups, single leg strength, core strength and more. Beginner Friendly 

Bar & Ring Strength

Incorporating various bar and ring movements within calisthenics. Including movements like muscle ups, front levers, back levers, human flags and more. Intermediate Level

Beginners Handstands

Learn how to handstand with the correct alignment. Beginner Friendly
